move over anne lamott
i've decided to join the ranks of 'rents who write about their kids. okay, so i find the genre of mommy-logs REALLY annoying. but kids do say, and do, the darndest things and i'm a sucker for it. i go especially mushy for the antics, leaps, and bounds of my girls. i honestly thought i'd be able to remember every milestone, poop, and smile but much of the last 7 months 9 days have become a blur filled with haunting flashbacks of sleepless nights and days. so as an archivist at heart, i promise to i'm going to try to write something everyday.

neely inspired me...
my friend neely--chk her out at magicskirt.blogspot.com--mentioned a few months back that i should 'update the blog, dude'. well, now that it's guaranteed that no one is reading this, i'm doing just that. but the 'inspiration' didn't come from that; it came from reading her blog. you see, i haven't seen her in so long, that i wanted to catch up. jason sounds great (nice touch w/ the hockey jersey, dude). i'm *very* happy for them!
natasha is no longer big. she popped december 19th, and i've had no time since (it's actually harder on her since she's w/ the little poofers all day).
enough w/ the chit chat, here's a photo:
and here's a photo of demon neely months and many kilos back holding zadie (you see her demon nature coming out as natasha sits blissfully ignorant; the camera never lies!).

natasha is getting bigger
time passes, she gets bigger. well, her stomach gets bigger, anyway. she's actually the same size (i wouldn't want people to think that she's 7ft now. that would make me feel uncomfortable.)
for those who can't count, we're at 23 weeks.
went to a twins class to learn about what is so special about giving birth to and raising twins.

20 week appt today
for the 3 people reading the blog, here's the news so far:
heard the heart beats again. they both seem to be far back--which is causing nastasha some tailbone pain. already these kids are a pain in the ass.
oy.
n is growing at a good rate. she's gained a total of 14 pounds since conception. she's also looking hot...er, great.
not much to report. not an exciting meeting today. maybe i shouldn't be the one logging this right now. does anyone like bunnies?
